Installation, alignment and commissioning

On both lathes and machining centres, including Nexus range, Integrex and Multiplex machines, Variaxis and FJ series.   Auxiliary equipment such as pallet changers, tool magazines and robots.  Both rough and precision levelling of machine, axis alignment to manufacturer’s specification (subject to state of machine), calibration of tool eye/MSR unit and full function check of machine as well as Renishaw QC20 Ballbar Diagnostic check of the machine. Foundation layout and floor drilling upon request.
