Breakdown Call Out & Servicing

Servicing and repair on Mazak machine tools, including Variaxis, Integrex, Horizontal and vertical machining centres, QT,SQT & Nexus lathes. Although today's machine tools are generally reliable, they will always perform better over a longer period of their life if they are correctly maintained. To this end we are able to offer a programme of Service Contracts designed to suit the customers shift patterns.

For companies working single shift we would recommend the standard contract twelve monthly service, whilst for those working double shift and more, we would recommend the premier contract twelve and six monthly comprehensive servicing, with full report either in paper or paperless format. Contracted servicing includes Renishaw QC10 Ballbar check.
